  • Camps are available for two, three, or five day a week sessions in two-week increments.
  • Campers bring lunch daily; snacks are provided. 
  • Descriptions of each session are below, followed by enrollment instructions.

Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten Camps

Pre-K/K camp is a great way for students enrolling in Pre-K and Kindergarten in Fall 2017 to have fun together. The Pre-K/K campers love hanging out in their own Madison Valley Kid Clubhouse!
 
Session One / July 10 - July 21: STEAM (Science, technology, engineering, art and math) with Lego emphasisJoin us for amazing Lego explorations!  We'll build, make Lego inspired art and create experiments with the multicolored bricks!

 
Session Two / July 24 - August 4: STEAM (Science, technology, engineering, art and math) with Mad Science emphasis
Fun hands-on experiments will be conducted by our young scientists in the classroom lab.  Art projects and cool concepts will be explored!  Join us for some scientific adventures that are guaranteed to be explosively fun! 
      

Session Three / August 7 - August 18: World Festivals
Grab your passport and travel the world as we explore celebrations in various world cultures!  We will cook foods and create art inspired by countries on the 7 continents. Kangaroos and other exotic animals from a local animal adventure farm will come and visit our campus this session!
          

Session Four / August 21 - September 1: Pre-K Chopped
What edible creations will we make today?  We will read food-themed stories and learn about where our fruit, vegetables, and dairy products come from.  We will also be completing daily cooking projects together. We'll supply the aprons!

Time: 
9 am - 1 pm
*Extended Day (2:00 dismissal) available (with minimum 4 children enrolled) for an extra $10/day ($15 for families)
Please note:  Children must be fully potty-trained to stay for Extended Day

Preschool Camps 

For students enrolling in preschool in Fall 2017
 

Session One / July 10 - July 21: Under The Sea
What can you find under the waves, under the deep blue sea?  We'll explore animals and habitats, do experiments and art projects.  Who knows what aquatic adventures we will have!


Session Two / July 24 - August 4: Mad Scientists and Spies
Mystery and science are afoot this summer at HAS! Each day at Mad Science Spy Camp is filled with top secret briefings and activities that will highlight spy skills and scientific experiments. Develop your disguise, find hidden clues, discover the science behind spying—all of this and more awaits your young sleuth scientist!


Session Three / August 7 - August 18: World Festivals

Wockets in Pockets and Truffula trees, this camp is a blast, and we think you’ll agree!  We’ll meet Horton and Sneetches, Thing One and Thing Two! Of course, Cat in the Hat…Now all we need is YOU!


Time: 9 am - 1 pm

 Toddler Camps 

For children enrolling in our Toddler classes Fall 2017
 

Session One / July 10 - July 21: Colorful World of Eric Carle
In addition to their typical play in the classroom and yard, Toddlers will explore the colorful world of Eric Carle. We will be read Eric Carle books, study the colors of the rainbow, and explore what happens when colors mix together.


Session Two / July 24 - August 4: Beach Bonanza
In addition to their typical play in the classroom and yard, Toddlers will enjoy learning about animals that live in the ocean and on the beach. We will incorporate water into all of our art projects!
 

Session Three / August 7 - August 18: Fantastic Chefs
In addition to their typical play in the classroom and yard, Toddlers will be reading food-themed books and learning about where our fruit, vegetables, and dairy products come from! We will also be completing daily cooking projects together. We'll supply the aprons!


Session Four / August 21 - September 1: Dr. Seuss
In addition to their typical play in the classroom and yard, Toddlers will meet blue and red fishes, Thing One and Thing Two! Of course, Cat in the Hat…Now all we need is YOU!
