Preschool Camp Theme: Mini Mad Scientist
It's the preschool kids' turn to mix some potions. . . We'll be doing lots of experiments this session - working with magnets, floating and sinking, mixing colors and formulas. We will explore our five senses and have some taste and smell tests that will be lots of fun. You never know what we might try but the results will be spectacular and exciting every time. |

What might you see if you went to the beach? What lives in the water? What about on the shore? What could you do there? This session, we will be exploring all those ideas and more, as we set our sights on the beach and all that thrives there. Touch tanks to explore, fish prints to make; interesting specimens brought in from the Pike Place Market to examine! |

Artists will love this session. We'll explore color, shapes, techniques, and form as we create beautiful works of art with a variety of media. Pre-k/k Camp Theme: Movement and Yoga
Get ready to move your body! Stories and music will provide the inspiration for these weeks. Jack and the Bean stock will come alive in our movement production and we will also make our own music with instruments we create and start a class band. A visit from Mr. Daniel and another surprise musician visits. |
| Session Four: August 17 - 28 |
Preschool Camp Theme: Baking
The preschoolers will make special baked good projects every day and also create some cool "pretend foods" out of salt dough and use play money to have a bake sale with our creations. Color mixing and play dough making will also be enjoyed. |
| Session Four: August 17 - 28 |
Pre-k/k Camp Theme: Creative Chefs
Yum! These two weeks will be devoted to cooking our own tasty food! We'll taste and work with a variety of ingredients and cook something new each day.
